What is an Online Fasting Tracker?

Our online fasting tracker is made to help manage your fasting periods. It doesn't require any tools or settings — just open your browser, choose a fasting period, and click start. It also lets you set personalized fasting schedules, track fasting progress, log weight, monitor daily water intake, and review fasting history.

What devices can use this tracker?

Our tracker works on any device with a web browser. Whether you prefer using your smartphone, tablet, PC, or TV, you can easily track your fasting progress.

How to use this intermittent fasting tracker

  1. Choose your preferred fasting plan (16:8, 14:10, etc.) by tapping the edit fasting plan button.
  2. Set your fasting start time. If you don't pick one, the current time is used.
  3. Tap Start Fasting to begin your fasting period.
  4. Use the timer to track your progress.
  5. Review your history in the History tab.

What is intermittent fasting?

Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and eating. It focuses on when you eat rather than what you eat.

How to get started with intermittent fasting

  • Choose a fasting method (16:8, 5:2, etc.)
  • Stay hydrated during fasts
  • Eat nutritious foods during eating windows
  • Listen to your body and adjust as needed

What can be consumed during fasting?

During fasting periods, stick to zero-calorie beverages:

  • Water
  • Black coffee (without sugar or cream)
  • Unsweetened tea
  • Other zero-calorie beverages

How to enable notifications

  1. Tap the bell icon near the fasting timer.
  2. In the Milestones modal, toggle the Enable Notifications switch.
  3. Your browser will show a pop-up asking permission to send notifications. Tap Allow or Yes.
  4. The toggle should now be on, indicating notifications are enabled.
  5. Select which milestones you want notified for, or add a custom one.

Not receiving notifications?

Check the app:

  • Tap the milestones bell icon
  • Make sure Enable Notifications is on

Verify browser settings:

  • Open your browser settings
  • Find site permissions or notifications
  • Allow notifications for this site

Check device settings:

  • Open your device's settings
  • Go to notifications
  • Make sure they're enabled for your browser

Try these fixes:

  • Refresh the page
  • Restart your browser
  • Clear browser cache
  • Use a different browser
