It also allows you to set personalized fasting schedules, track fasting progress, log weight, monitor daily water intake, and review fasting history.

How to Use This Intermittent Fasting Tracker?

  1. Choose your preferred fasting plan (16:8, 14:10 ...) by clicking the edit fasting plan button.
  2. Set your fasting start time (If not selected, current time will be set as start).
  3. Click Start Fasting to begin your fasting period.
  4. Use the timer to track your progress.
  5. Review your history in the History tab.

  5. Select which milestones you want notifications for or add custom.
